The following are Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited CDT Super Power Series footwear promotion (the Hi-Tec/ Harrington promotion) Official Rules (the "Official Rules"). The Hi-Tec/Harrington Promotion consists of a purchase promotion in which participants have an opportunity to obtain a refund of the price they paid for their purchase of a pair of any CDT Power Super Series shoes (CDT Super Power Tour, CDT Super Power Classic and CDT Super Power Pro). By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and further agrees that failure to follow these Official Rules shall disqualify the entrant from participation. Any dispute regarding these Official Rules shall be determined in the sole judgment of Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited.

Eligible Participants

1. Participation is open to all adult residents, 18 years of age and over, of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland ("Eligible Participant"). Visitors to those countries who purchase a pair of CDT Power Super Power Series shoes but are not official residents are not eligible to participate or to win. Similarly, a consumer who is not a resident of one of those countries cannot participate by purchasing a pair of CDT Power Super Power Series shoes on line from a participating retailer operating in one of those countries.

2. Employees (as well as agents and their immediate family members) of Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or its Preferred Retailers are not eligible to participate or win. Any person connected with the administration of this Hi-Tec/Harrington Promotion is not eligible to participate or win.

3. This Hi-Tec/Harrington Promotion is available to an Eligible Participant who purchases a pair of CDT Power Super Power Series shoes (including Authorised Internet Retailers) located in one of the countries included in the Promotion and subject to the satisfaction of the other conditions set out below.

How to Enter

4. The opening date for entries from an Eligible Participant is 8th May, 2007; the promotion finished on 8th July 2007 however applications will be accepted up to 11th July, ("the Promotional Period"). Entries submitted before the opening date or after the 11th July date are void. The Hi-Tec/Harrington Promotion is subject to stock availability.

To enter, an Eligible Participant must complete all of the following steps: purchase and take delivery of a pair of CDT Power Super Power Series shoes during the Promotional Period; ask for an entry form the Retailer; complete the entire form (Eligible Participants must provide first and last name, a valid email address, date of birth, home telephone number and mailing address, including postal code); your receipt (photocopies not accepted) must be attached to the form. Your receipt will be used to validate your entry, it will then be sent back to you. You must send the form to:

Forms will not be accepted if the relevant postage has not been paid by the Eligible Participant.
5. If buying online, the form should be included with the shoes upon delivery. If no form is supplied, please contact the Retailer from whom the shoes were purchased.

6. Only one entry permitted and one prize may be awarded per household. More than one (1) entry per household will void all entries for the said household. Multiple entries are not permitted and multiple prizes will not be awarded. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules.

The Prize

7. Provided that an Eligible Participant otherwise complies with these Official Rules, the prize to be awarded, if Padraig Harrington wins The Open Championship, 2007, is a full refund of the price you paid for your CDT Super Power Series shoes.

How to win:

8. If Padraig Harrington wins The Open Championship on 22nd July, 2007, at Carnoustie then the Eligible Participant who successfully entered during the Promotion Period will receive a full refund of the amount stated on the receipt. Cheques will be received within 6 weeks of the closing date.

Other Important Rules

9. The promoter’s decision as to the award of prizes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. We respect your privacy and trust in us to keep your personal data safe. Please review our privacy policies at www.hi-tec.com. By entering into this promotion, and by ticking the appropriate box, you agree to be bound by these policies.

11. By entering this promotion, you agree that Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited and Mando Brand Assurance may process, both manually and by electronic means, the personal information that you have provided in order to administer this promotion and to permit Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited to contact you in the future with other corporate offerings. You will also be given the option to "unsubscribe" to our email lists.

12. Entries and/or redemptions which contain incorrect or false information or personal details are void. Incomplete entries are also void.

13. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity associated with the promotion, and Eligible Participant agrees to permit Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited to use their name or their likeness as it sees fit. Winners may be required to execute additional documentation to receive their prize.

14. If there is any determination that the Hi-Tec/Harrington Promotion is contrary to the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Hi-Tec/Harrington Promotion is offered or Padraig Harrington does not play in The Open Championship, 2007 or the said Championship is cancelled or postponed or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs over which Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited has no control, then the promoter reserves the right to cancel this entire Promotion and the Eligible Participant agrees that he/she will have no recourse or entitlement to return the CDT Super Power Series shoes or seek an exchange or refund from the Promoter, Hi-Tec Sports UK Limited or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or any of its Retailers.

15. Proof of purchase from claimed redemption by Eligible Participant will be stamped and returned for warranty purposes. Eligible Participant should contact the Retailer for details about its returns policy. Statutory rights are unaffected.

16. Taxes and duties (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
